Tobias Wosowiecki

Tobias is an innovation consultant at launchlabs. As a Certified Technical Engineer, Scrum Master and Product Owner, Tobias combines different disciplines to design workshop concepts and support organisations in building innovation cultures and developments.

Tobias started his career at the age of 17 in sales and due to his broad interest in all forms of working methodologies, he got the opportunity to build up product management in a medium-sized industrial company after graduating as a Certified Industrial Engineer. During this time, he also developed the associated industrial processes and has since been working on solutions with various users in workshops.

Tobias has been working as an innovation consultant at launchlabs since 2018. His clients include Accenture, Deutsche Telekom, Fresenius, Deutsche Bahn, Agora Energiewende, and many more. He also developed a hybrid planning tool for the construction industry together with a university and is an expert of many worlds.
