Dr. Markus Große Böckmann
Dr. Markus Große Böckmann, geboren am 25.03.1985, studierte Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der RWTH Aachen von 2004 bis 2009. Im Anschluss an sein Studium begann seine berufliche Karriere am Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnologie IPT, wo er von 2009 bis 2016 tätig war.
Über die Positionen als Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter wurde er Gruppen- und schließlich Abteilungsleiter mit Verantwortung über mehr als 30 Mitarbeiter im Bereich „Produktionsqualität“. Seine Hauptthemenfelder am Fraunhofer-Institut waren Forschungs- und Industrieprojekte zur Digitalisierung von Produktions- und Serviceprozessen. Im Jahr 2014 schloss er seine Promotion mit Auszeichnung an der RWTH Aachen ab.
Anfang 2016 gründete Dr. Markus Große Böckmann mit zwei Mitgründern die oculavis GmbH, die mittlerweile über 50 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt und stark wächst. Er ist verantwortlich für die Bereiche Finanzen und Sales. Das Hauptprodukt der oculavis GmbH ist die Softwareplattform SHARE, die als Kollaborations- und Prozessplattform im Kundenservice, in der Wartung und Instandhaltung oder bei Qualitätsaufgaben eingesetzt wird. Dr. Markus Große Böckmann, born on 25.03.1985, studied industrial engineering at the RWTH Aachen University from 2004 to 2009. Following his studies, his professional career began at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT, where he worked from 2009 to 2016.
Through his positions as a research assistant, he became group and finally department manager with responsibility for more than 30 employees in the area of "production quality". His main areas of expertise at the Fraunhofer Institute were research and industry projects for the digitalization of production and service processes. In 2014 he passed his doctorate with distinction at the RWTH Aachen University.
At the beginning of 2016, Dr. Markus Große Böckmann and two co-founders founded oculavis GmbH, which now employs more than 50 people and is growing rapidly. He is responsible for finance and sales. The main product of oculavis GmbH is the software platform SHARE, which is used as a collaboration and process platform in customer service, maintenance and repair or quality tasks.
