German systems and cybernetics researcher, co-developer of the linguistic system FORMWELT and the polyvalent logic of cognition WELTFORM. She is also an international FORMWELT speaker, co-founder of the Formwelten-Institute and recently became panel member of the ongoing UN/WAAS conference "Strategies for Transformative Leadership".
Conny Dethloff, Germany
Conny Dethloff was born in 1974 and completed his studies as a graduate mathematician in 1999. Immediately afterwards, he actively entered the business world, until 2011 as a management consultant with PwC and IBM Deutschland GmbH, then until mid-2020 as a manager in the Business Intelligence department of OTTO GmbH & Co KG, where his task was to lead OTTO into the digital age in the context of BI, Big Data and culture.
Since July 2020 Dethloff is active as a structure and organization designer at borisgloger consulting GmbH. Since 2009 he has been reflecting on the insights he generates in his daily working life in his logbook "Reise des Verstehens".
Getnet Aseffa, Ethiopia
Computer scientist and an ardent futurist who constantly ruminates on the startling capabilities of machines and their place in our future. The 33-year-old is the founder and chief executive officer of iCog Labs, Ethiopia’s first artificial intelligence lab based out of Addis Ababa. Launched in 2013, the research and development lab has collaborated with companies and non-profits worldwide to use technology to expand human capacities and improve lives.
Developers at iCog are engaged in projects from computational linguistics for African languages to developing robotics for educational purposes. Getnet and his team have developed a soccer and Einstein robot, and were involved in the creation of Sophia, the humanoid robot that was granted Saudi citizenship in 2017.
His work has not been without challenges which come in form of frequent internet shutdowns in Ethiopia and limited funding. Regardless, Getnet says he’s trying to use AI as a springboard to make Ethiopia Africa’s next big tech hub; an ecosystem that isn’t just dependent on grants and donations but one that’s celebrated for invention and for “doing.”

Marios Kyriazis, MD, Cyprus
Marios Kyriazis qualified as a medical doctor (MD) from the University of Rome, Italy, and after preclinical work in the USA he worked as a clinician in acute medicine in Cyprus, and the UK.
Currently, he is the scientific director of the National Gerontology Centre (Cyprus) in association with the Ministry of Health. His research is focused on transdisciplinary models and explores common principles between biology, complexity sciences, evolution, cybernetics, neurosciences, and techno-cultural elements. His recent publications include papers on the complexity of aging, technology and society, as well as books on hormesis.

Julene Siddique, Great Britain
Julene holds an MA from SOAS, University of London where she studied Medical Anthropology, Anthropology of Development and Anthropology of Music. Further to this she worked with the Laszlo Institute of New Paradigm Research to develop a socio-systemic framework marrying social sciences with system sciences. She is an active contributor towards the new paradigm of social sciences being developed by the World Academy of Art & Science, in particular in relation to developing socio-systemic impact strategies. Her framework for Socio-Systemic Innovations has been brought forward by Ubiquity University.
Juene also holds an MMus from the Royal College of Music in Advanced Composition and Sound manipulation. She is also qualified in Trauma Informed Practice as well as certified in TimeWaver Information Field devices. She invented the Tonal-Spatial Musical System(tm) and the Rhythmic-Temporal Musical System(tm) and created the groundbreaking Musical Nutrition framework for how the benefits of music operate for different people contexts and conditions and founded the Nada Brahma platform. She is passionate about engaging music/arts in psychosomatic and bio-social frameworks for health, consciousness and systemic social impact. She is a Fellow at the Institute for Existential Consciousness Research and Co-Chair of Arts, Humanities and Culture for Global Leadership 21, a partnership between WAAS and UN Office Geneva where she is bringing forward socio-systemic and arts based strategies for global impact.
