Stephen Robertson

From 2006 to 2012, Stephen Robertson worked as a Production Member at Toyota on the chassis line. He contributed to Kaizen improvements, standardised work enhancements, and led Quality Control Circle (QCC) problem-solving activities.

From 2012 to 2013, he served as an Advanced Team Member in Front Suspension, completing an intensive 12-month training program.

Between 2013 and 2019, Stephen was a Production Team Leader for the front suspension and chassis line teams. He focused on proactive prevention through structured shop-floor observations, ensuring adherence to standardised work and rules, and supporting team members to consistently execute standardised work at a high level.

From 2019 to 2021, he worked as a Production Advanced Team Leader in Global Chassis 2, completing a further 12-month intensive development course.

Between 2021 and 2024, Stephen held the role of Production Group Leader for Global Chassis 2, Global Chassis 1, and the Engine Line. He coached and developed team leaders, applied TPS tools to drive Kaizen, and supported process design and project work.

Since 2024, he has been a Lean Management Centre Coach, coaching non-competitive organisations.
