Work Standards To Standardized Work, And What's In Between.

Work Standards are the foundation. Kato has made two very telling comments with respect to 'work standards'.

A) "Without work standards, there will be no standardized work."
and 

B) "The purpose of Work Standards is to create a basis of efficient production that delivers the quality our customers require.”
